I was sitting at a stoplight with a van as the only vehicle ahead of me. As the light turned green and the van started to go, I noticed a dump truck headed in the opposite direction lose its left front wheel and grind to a halt plowing up the pavement with its front axle. The wheel, smoking brake hub still attached, jumped the median, glanced the side of the van and Bee-lined it straight into the front of my stopped car. Kinda reminded me of the guy on the insurance company ads, "Yep. Seen it. Covered it." But that was certainly a first of its kind for me
