What’s the biggest bias ply tire size I could reasonably fit on stock ‘67 rims? I found a nice set of f70-15s which turn into 7.75-15’s. Would those fit or no? If you haven’t realized, I don’t know much about tires _________________ '67 Beetle L41

I can't think of a reason they wouldn't fit on the rims but they sound way too large to fit in the wheel wells.
I don't think you could turn the front tires much unless your Bug is raised up
Buses are 6.40-15 and even some 6.70-15s might rub a little up front so on a Bug, I can't see how they could fit _________________ How to Post Photos

Ah makes sense. They are red lines so I thought they would compliment the black and red bug nicely, but if they’re too big then I’m not gonna get them. _________________ '67 Beetle L41
