Yeah he knew a lot of stuff.
But he would attack the newbie Samba members immediately.
Giving them a beatdown for being dumb enough to ask a Question before they know the answer.

Then they go to Facebook to lick their wounds.
and tell all the Facebookies that TheSamba is ALL azzles
And the FaceBookies all agree etc, that everyone should avoid TheSamba unless absolutely necessary etc.

It's not true.
But it was just a "little more true" back then, because he'd incite a few other members to get their azzle up too.

Now everything is better, but we are lacking his knowledge (somewhat).
But also lacking some of his strange notions like opinions on the Mullendore Port, and rear wheel bearing 'preload'.

He was very knowledgeable and had a dry sense of humor too, sometimes pretty funny.
But theSamba had to to stop the bleeding, so it was good (but probably difficult) what the mods did.

I actually miss TK's prose and wisdom, but I agree with his ban for no other reason than his occasional use of offensive labels. That's the kind of stuff I don't want to see here, thanks.
