That vert used to belong to Terry Shuler. He said it was a '52 and called it a daily driver. I have an old Motorweek show from the 80's or 90's on tape that shows him with this car. It looks pretty much the same but has lost the later euro bumpers and guards and got a correct steering wheel. It has a bunch of incorrect parts on it but is still a significant find. The stash itself is pretty amazing.

Neglected? I see noting in that is neglected... All I see is stashed solid rides... Forgotten? ...Maybe... ...Neglected? HELL NO!
I seriously doubt this was a random find at all...
Whoever purchased this lot was in the privy & knew exactly what they were after...
That said, it's nice score regardless & the time trade-off of following & knowing what was to be had at the right time, took some persistence & patience... my hat is off!
$5 sez, ...I'm guessing less-than $50k for the known lot... and within 30 days more then 2 cars grace our classifieds ... Any takers?

| This car is a 52. I bought it from Terry Shuler. Nice car but had horrible mothball smell. Later traded it to Paul ? From Texas for a 50 vert that I still have. Was a good driving car and feel someone got a good car. |
