EV seat upgrade from Golf, Jetta, OR.......?

Hi.
Im trying to find out if anyone has tried to swap in seat from another VW.
My 2003 MV has horrible worn down seats and id love to know if anyone has tried any other factory seat swap.

I've been wanting to swap in some grey leather heated seats from an Audi TT. I'd have to disassemble the seat backs to attach the armrests. Other than Vanagon seats, I doubt there are any other VAG seats that will bolt in place without significant mods to the seat bases.

I believe that there were a number of VW/Audi cars that used Recaro seats. GoWesty sells a seat base for Recaros that may work. If it doesn't, a universal racing seat base could probably be adapted to fit.
