It might tip back just sitting there with all the weight on the back of the car and how light the rest of the chassis is. You would do wheelies all day _________________ 1964 sunroof Beetle Restoration "Herbie"

Thanks!
Transmissions is bolted in.
Rear end I indexed. For now, I dropped it one out notch. I will fine tune it later.
I dont think I can get the engine done in time as for I'll be pushing it close with only completing the chassis

I spent the weekend on an awesome 12 acre country side property hanging out with about 30 other vdubbers. Got some progress down. It rolls but I couldnt get the rear brakes assembled because I dont have the oil retainer shim for the axle cap.
I got the front clip nearly finished. I had to form and bend my own sheet metal chunk that turned out decent. Got some new parts as well. I will post pics once they're played out.
It was like 28 degrees and all I had was a tent and a sleeping bag. I forgot the air mattresses and the ground was hard as hell. Didnt sleep the first night. Passed out immediately the second.
I was gifted a 65 year georgia plate! Dope!
Isnt this car sexy!? The owner taught me some mig skills. He did all the head light te work. He works for the air force fabbing up airplane sheet metal and stuff and the metal work he's done to his 67 bug and his 63 galaxy is just insane. The bugs got electric pop outs!
