it's getten there.Ive thought about using a compleate modern bolt in aluminum cradel with all the fixens & rear suspension, just add engine&trans. but most of that project is gone and financed the next one. keep working!!!

Still working on it.....

Chassis is welded out.
Now going all the way back together to make up the rest of the rear.

Radiator support.

It should be fun to toss around and such......but my VW powered murdercycle probably has more HP than the odd little car.
But the car has a full tube chassis and roll bars..... where the murdercycle has......nothing.

Wife will not ride with me.....maybe she will ride around in the car with me.

Who would do such a thing.....

Cut up a rack and pinion and put it back how you want it.

Hoping to be similar to the Polo rack.
Rabbit mk1 manual rack cut down.

The body is back off the chassis and the inside layers of fiberglass are happening.

Fitting the rack and pinion steering.
Here is the initial mock up with what all is made at the moment.

I did get the flex out of the single ended rabbit rack.

Made a stem and guide bushing add on.
