I think we could use a quick stupid question topic, so that people wouldn't need to start a new topic for every little question that could quickly be answered by those who have too much knowledge in their heads... _________________ .

It will safe a lot of research time for a lot of people and a lot of answers. Good Idea. It is a pity some of the links are not functionnal any more (i.e. clock repair).
