Does anyone know the exact dimensions for the windshield glass? I am ordering it from Vintage Glass and they do not have the data for a Thing.

I talked to a couple shops 2 yrs ago or so and they wanted around $110 and preferred to have the actual windshield instead of a drawing or dimensions. You may want to call around to local glass shops and find one to do laminated glass.
Here is a thread on the windshield:

and a drawing:

I ended up polishing the one I had to get rid of the pitting and wiper marks and it isn't perfect but much improved. As much time as I spent polishing it, I would have been better off purchasing one.

Well, there is this dwg.

I've had this for a long time; don't know the source, so no guarantees.

Good luck, Mondshine

Get it cut locally if you can find someone to do it reasonable or order one from the Thing Shop. They have both clear glass and a slightly tinted green one.
