Doing the body work right now on a 78 vert and trying to figure out what I want to do for the exhaust. I was at a show a couple years ago and saw a car that the owner had cut out the apron bottom completely - like how the single exhaust normally exist, but took that recess out completely. He had a 4 tip header the exited there and it looked great.

The 4 tips that I am seeing look like they would drop below the apron instead of exiting at the stock height. Any ideas?
