Hello all. I have a '61 Beetle and I am looking for the best way to get some useable sound in it. My current AM radio has been repaired twice, and has crapped out again. I have seen a number of guys advertising conversions where they install a device that gives you am, FM and bluetooth. It is pricey, but sounds interesting. The other thing I found is there is a seller in Thailand called Volkstory. They offer new radios with very authentic looking faces, buttons and knobs for around $220. They even have one that has the big buttons like the 61 Bendix has. Do any of you have any experience with either of these options? If so, what do you think? |

Yup, I'm using a RetroSound Long Beach in my 69 bug. Loving the Bluetooth.
