1970 Bug Convertible engine tag?

Anyone seen this before?58000 original mile car.Trying to determine if it is the original engine.It is a single port.

ATK reman engine from VEGE ...iirc they were built in denmark or the netherlands...atk was the importer that brought them in...they were decent quality compared to the rest of the crap that was out there at the time...of course by now it could have been rebuilt again
