Is this possible, anyone done it before? I have seen Yakima Q Towers, I feel like these could work? Let me know thanks!

There are no "no drill" solutions out there for a pop top. The Q towers only work with tin tops with Eurovan specific Q clips that I only find at Go Westy.

What no drill rack options would your recommend for a non pop top t4?

The Yakima Q towers you mentioned are the only ones I know that works with tin top. Q towers are out of production but there is plenty on the secondary market, check craigslist or ebay. Go Westy is the only place I know that has the eurovan specific Q clips.
