i bought an old trike and someone just put new brake shoes and wheel cylinders on it. the problem is the brake pedal is hard. there is play in the rod to the master cylinder that is about normal. The master cylinder in the old type with the fill cup hosed in to a grommet on the top. I noticed that both rear wheels are plumbed to one outlet on the master cylinder. Do you think I should use different ports. I have never dealt with a brake this hard and have owned several bugs and a couple of trikes.
