What fuses are these

These fuses are separate from the others and the left one was eroded completely and the plastic female connector plastic melted basically off.

I just can’t find a diagram that tells me the what these fuses go to

In my van that fuse that is melted is the heater blower motor in the dashboard. I assume it doesn’t work? John
