Pepco supercharger questions

Working through my mock up. I’m having some issues with belt line up. Seems the back charger belt will interfere with the generator pulley ?


Maybe use a thin lip early pulley?

Yes, it's also a problem using a Judson and you're correct, a thin lipped pulley is needed. The alternatives to finding an early thin lipped pulley is to trim the stock pulley with a hacksaw or buy one of George Folchi's billet smooth pulley front (see picture). [email protected]
