Boy, I hope I'm wrong, but my wife told me that it was announced on "Facewhatever" that super nice guy and incredibly talented sign painter and VW Bus enthusiast Tim Leventry has passed away. If so, I will sure miss his smiling face at VW events and his story-telling! Rest in peace Sir! One of the great VW elders!

He was a nice guy, I talked to him a bunch at OCTO shows about random stuff and some of his parts finds and stories from the past.
I'm assuming it was unexpected?
He always seemed fine at shows.

| Tim was a great guy. huge loss for the Volkswagen community. I heard he passed away due to cancer. I was at his house about a month ago. He did some lettering on a tailgate for me. He told me he was having some problems with high blood pressure, but never mentioned anything else. I'll really miss seeing and talking with him. Always made it a point to stop and talk with him at the OCTO shows. |

Very sad news. I've been to Tim's house a few times. Supper nice guy and supper talented. He will be missed.
