Great story, great bus. Maybe I need to join Tinder now. But you'll appreciate those photos later on, trust me. Part of the story. |

great job and a beautiful bus. I love skiing Steamboat - i have been out west several times skiing. by far Utah is my favorite, but CO comes in a close second.

An updated photo of this one! Rack and hubcaps installed here, and recently an og paint slash rear bumper too to replace the "too nice" painted one.

Thanks! And I don't work on the mountain, but do in town! I really need to check out Utah more though

Thanks! I'm really happy with it so far. The next items on the list are going to be building a new engine and hopefully more interior progress. I have a 2007cc that's a little more tuned for a bus instead of the drag-style 1776 that's in it now. |

Some with the patina'd rear bumper. I have deluxe trim for them, just lazy.

Great pictures of your bus! Thanks for sharing.
Your taillights look nice and bright. Out of curiosity, are you using standard filament bulbs or something like an LED. Thanks _________________ 1977 Sage Green Westy

They’re just standard filament bulbs that I’ve tapped for an extra ground instead of relying on the taillight ring. |

Also love the “one less Sprinter” decal....after a quick search ordered one for my Syncro Westfalia. Ha! _________________ 89 Tristar Syncro Doka - White

Utah, although very nice, has nothing on Colorado. Just one opinion _________________ Jack Staggs

I've definitely been skunked on snow conditions more in Utah than Colorado, that's for sure.
Awesome skiing in Utah, but if you have to plan your ski trips months in advance, Colorado is more consistent. _________________ Founder and Chairman Emeritus, ECMSAS

i like the sticker, too. kind a funny to think that a VW bus would fit inside a high top Sprinter or Transit with room to spare, even with a roof rack mounted. good thing the VW bus never had to compete with the sprinter...
When VW tried to compete in the 90s they licensed the sprinter from MB and sold it as their own... _________________ regards

Took this bus on the Moab offroad trip. No issues the whole time, just kicks ass.

Great to see your getting used! Is it possible to take a bad photo with Moab as your background and a golden retriever as your companion? |
