It's funny, I had the same issue on my front passenger upper control arm nut. For a period of about 3 months I was tightening that thing every 2 weeks. It's been holding just fine for months now, but what an odd issue.

New lock nuts are probably a good idea for both of us.

Yeah, I have 2 new nuts coming in the mail. I figured I’d reset the camber, replace the nuts, mark the old nuts and just snug them back onto the UCA bolt against the new nuts. Probably over kill but it probably can’t hurt!
