Hi guys
I have a 1969 RHD 411 and would like to replace the Filler Neck Collar (number 23 in the attached image).
The part number is 411 821 443.
Will a Filler Neck Collar from a Type 3 fit?
The part number is 311821443A (https://vwispwest.com/collar-for-fuel-filler-neck-1968-1973-311821443a/)

I bought a Type3 filler neck some years ago. Yes it fitted my 412 quite well but there was a small issue ..I dont remember what....maybe the 412 locking ring was to big or small but nothing serious.
After just a few years the rubber did crack very badly but there may be different quality from other suppliers (I did not buy it from ISP west).

The Type 3 looks like it will fit and the locking ring is a 311 part number.

When thinking about it I believe I had to cut the locking ring a lttle bit since it was to big.
