Been waiting on these. What are the estimated HP/TQ gains on a stock 2.1 with his injectors? _________________ www.LiveTheVanLife.com

Marco quotes 10-12HP, nearly the same as he quoted for the 1.25's. Someone needs to dyno these.

Thank you. Any reasons why you might not want to add these? Downsides? I thought I had heard that higher ratio rockers could sacrifice low end power for gains on the top end. These seem great, just trying to educate myself and others. _________________ www.LiveTheVanLife.com

Bump!
Is this a thing?
Haven't heard of such, and inquiring minds want to know! _________________ '87 Westy 'Flossie','86 Westy 'R1','86 tintop GL - Subi2.2 'J2','83.5 stock tintop L 'ZoomBus','74 Karmann Ghia, '63 Notch |

The beauty of high ratio rockers is increased air flow without adversely affecting low end performance. _________________ aka Pablo, Geary

Someone more learned than me might know this, but what's the difference between the valve lift/duration of ratio rockers vs. just a high lift cam? Does the case not have enough clearance for the cam to match the amount of the rockers? _________________ Casey--

That's funny! When I was racing my budget was nowhere near high enough to make him happy...
But I don't think that cap screw is doing a whole lot of actual work. _________________ '84 Vanagon GL 1.9 WBX

Ratio rockers would be a bolt on option vs splitting the case for a performance cam. And yes, you’d want to be sure the lobes had clearance.
As long as the pistons and pushrods have clearance, looks like a nice add on anyone could handle. _________________ ☮️ |

The 5/16 24 grade 5, or the equivalent of 8.8 metric, Bolt is probably overkill for the application.

So it's 2021, has anyone bought a set? _________________ This free advice is worth exactly what you paid for it.

I have the Mansispeed Injectors and Rockers installed on my newly rebuilt 2.1. The combination is great, with added umph, made even better with the techtonics ECU chip. Worth the money, every little bit counts. As for dyno numbers or anything other than seat of the pants I cant comment, but the combination feels great to me. _________________ www.LiveTheVanLife.com
