So...left to right.....ACN....Type 1....Type 4....right?
If what you used is the one one the left ...then your PR's should be just fine.
I think you are spot on that an adjuster just came loose. Bummer.

Update: I took my head to LA Products in Akron to have it checked out. The machinist said there was slight damage to the seat which he fixed while I waited and installed another valve which I had taken out of my spare heads. The cost was incredibly low. LA Products Volkswagen Specialties is stricktly aircooled VW products and a machine shop. Check it out if you live in the area.
So, going to order a set of thorsten adjusters, reinstall the head and the ACN pushrods and double check all the nuts, put back in the car and see… |
