Do you get headlight condensation after a rain? I don’t get it after a wash, but this cool morning after a light rain I noticed a bit of condensation in the headlights. Not much, but visible.
How to alleviate this?

There are seals that go between the complete headlight assembly and the fender, and another surrounding the glass edge. If missing or damaged, this can happen. Loose keeper springs can let them leak, too.
Also check that the rubber drain at the bottom of the bucket isn't clogged with dirt (or missing, in which case the tires will throw water into the bucket. |

Thanks. Will check seal, spring, and drain tomorrow. Should be one or all of these. _________________ 1966 Volkswagen Sedan 1300 (now 1641), 6 volt, L456 Ruby Red, Platinum leatherette. |

Two things I see as potential air leaks:
The headlight glass is turned a couple degrees counter clockwise (the arrow on the glass is not pointing at the anchor screw). This is like having an oval roast pot with the lid turned slightly askew- steam escapes.
The ring just above the 7 o-clock aiming screw appears to have a kink. If it's been schwacked and reassembled it might not be seating well against the glass. _________________
