Monroe Dealer Parts List Holder?

It’s the best description I could come up with LOL

Hoping someone can help me to understand what they are called and what the value may be in case I decide to sell.

The smaller one came with about 10 thick parts books to look up parts for various vehicles. The previous owner said that Monroe would give them to large parts dealers for free way back when. I am having a hard time finding any documentation on them.

The bigger one has a ballast and a place for a fluorescent bulb. The way the guy explained it to me is that these would sit on a counter with the logo facing the customer while the employee looked through the books for the correct part numbers.

Any info would be appreciated and I will take many more photos tomorrow.
