I have enough cars that come in with broken odometer gear (the little one on the side) and am not gonna tear apart speedos to try to find teh right one. Does ANYBODY know what I need for what year car? I want to order a stash from odometergears to I have the in stock. Help
EDIT: Talked to Jeff at odometergears.com and it for the 70s and up cars that I work on with the nylon gear, there are only 2, so I have a few ordered. If you need them, this is the place... _________________ D-Dubya Manx clone - 63 Short pan,1914.

I'm pretty sure it was model year 1972 that started having the problematic plastic spindle drive gear on the odometer shaft. It was brass before that, although the worm drive gears were plastic. _________________ Andy T.

I do not know how to fix this. All I can say is it all works fine for me with what I use, Firefox. |
