It seems that everything is available from a Teak type 34 to ‘62 notches. But where are all the ‘66’s? I’ve been looking for a ‘66 sunroof whatever, notch, fasty or square, haven’t seen one in a loooong time.

I've got a 66 squareback, but unfortunately it doesn't look like a true 66 aside from the fat side trim and the doors, wrap around turn signal lenses and the wrap around rear reflectors. It has a mix of parts like 68 high backs and tmi door panels with horizontal heat seams for a 67 and custom blue carpet, seat covers and blue vinyl over the arm rests. My 64 notchback has been getting most of my funds to complete it at the moment. Since I am one who prefers the stock stuff I want to find some 66 off white door panels with vertical heat seams and some low backs, then eventually it will be painted to its original color L539 baltic blue, Then it will be more of a true 66.

I looked forever for a 66 sunroof car as well. Even a 66 fastback "parts car". Hard to find... I ended up buying a '66 Impala instead Confused

No plexiglass engine lid on my car. Sophy's engine is not pretty enough for a clear lid. <G> Must be confusing it with another 66.

some friends here in Houston just picked up a baltic 66 sunroof square. I'm going to be super jealous of this one. he's a painter and he and his brother run a top notch shop so it will be done to the 9's like their last one that made the cover of hot vw's, I'm sure. It won't be here though, most likely. Insta and FB
