BUT.....
Should I paint the inside first or weld it in than paint Hmmmm

Acid takes the surface rust and destroys it. Hehehahahehehaha
The little flecks of red must be picked off or it cant be primed
Have to fix this, how to peops do this stuff
Cover with bondo for a hack-n-sleeze job or weld and make it pretty hmm |

The exterior metal take the etching beautifully, while the interior metal does not.

24hr dry than prime, some filler hmm

Waiting for the epoxy to dry. Give it 2/3 days. Doors are comming along Next, shrinking with the little disc
Now im just -chillin chillin mindin my bizness, than I looked around and thought id take this
The hydrolic in place to push up the roof dents Very little pushin to do, -----but they put masses of bondo to cover it up

Here you can see the bondo through the primer. Shrinking the high spots the sanding. Apply more primer, wait, repeat.
The other door...
The 2 shinny spots were shrunk down. After the shrink disc, buzz it with the 36 grit, heats the metal good, than dab with cold water for the extra shrink |
