Here you can see the bondo through the primer. Shrinking the high spots the sanding. Apply more primer, wait, repeat.

The 2 shinny spots were shrunk down. After the shrink disc, buzz it with the 36 grit, heats the metal good, than dab with cold water for the extra shrink Cool
