Merry Christmas everyone! And for those that choose a different path, happy holiday!
It has been a most screwed up year, to say the least. Never been through anything quit like it and fear we are looking at a few of these years before all is clear and comfy once again.
On the flip side, and on a more positive note, I have enjoyed everyone here, mainly for the distraction from all the shit that currently has been going on. It has been a great escape, to get on here and forget about face masks, politics and if I was going to work enough to feed the family! But we all made it! Family is still eating and there are presents to be opened and love to be shared!
Merry Christmas! I wish all of you, even sb001, the best going into 2021!
Remember to love those that are around you. Hold them tight and tell them what they mean to you. Life has taught me some really hard lessons. And my take away was, love your time here and enjoy it to the fullest!

guys its 2:02 in da monin and its effing snowing!!!!!! its a white Christmas. i went out with my nips exposed and all. the moon is bright, and we have a few mm's of snow

| It’s been an interesting year hasn’t it? I was thinking about Festivus just the other day 23rd of December. Pretty easy to get down over all the bad shit going on. We countered that by donating to Salvation Army a local homeless shelter and a few acts of random kindness. It doesn’t have to be something big, went for a walk this morning about sunrise and picked up trash from neighbors yard. What sort of oaf would thrown trash in a senior citizens yard? Maybe they didn’t see it as I got on it early. Just be nice for a day or two. Wishing everyone all the best. |

50* plus and raining here all snow is gone.
Santa made it through , not many green Christmases in northern Vt.

Like Calvinater, it is raining & 52 degrees, still have snow, but it's going fast.
I'm having dinner w/ my Daughter-in-laws Dad, he lives right up the road, just us Grampas...

It was an unusual but nice Christmas here. no parties, no visitors... just the wife and I and the two pups. We decorated to the nines anyways, and it just might stay up till March. Why not?
It's 40 degrees and pouring down rain, and both fireplaces are crackling merrily. It's a great evening for boozy eggnog, and my Italian wife's homemade lasagna will be served soon.
Life is good.
Hope everyone stayed safe and here's to a return to normal in 2021!

Merry Christmas to everyone. My close friend lost his grandpa today so it made it rough even for me because he was such a nice guy he had Alzheimer’s so the year couldn’t get any worse.  . But hopefully things will change in 2021. I did have a good Christmas otherwise. I got lots of tools which made me very happy. |

It's been a rough year for all of us on the blue planet. Hopefully, things will turn for the better in 2022.
I have been sick since Tuesday and don't feel any worse/better today. So no family visit's for me. We can get together once this illness passes.
