oil breather valve FI upgrade or not?

I have looked around for a breather valve (PVC) on a T4 fuel injection. But thy are stuk as suspected afther 40+ years.

I think it may be plugged in the wrong way but yes it may work. The late Vanagon cases had a tower instead of box.
