Putting in new front wheel bearings. Got 2 new wheel bearing spacers and they slide on. The ones I took off had an interference fit, which had to be knocked off. I have a feeling that the spacers will end up spinning with the seal. Any ideas?

Lightly peen the edge near the inner bore to tighten the spacer's fit on the spindle, or install the spacer on the spindle with a liberal amount of medium strength thread locker.

I’m thinking of good ol’ JB Weld.

In my opinion, striking the spindle with a few sharp blows with a hammer/chisel, or blunt impacts with a ball peen hammer, to give something real for the bearing seat to bear against will be more substantial than a bit of glue. Once glue (both threadlocker and JBWeld) loses its grip, it's rather game over.

I do not know how to fix this. All I can say is it all works fine for me with what I use, Firefox.

I've been taught it's best to modify the part to fit the car rather than modify the car to fit the part. Someday you or the next custodian may come across the proper fitting spacers.

I would also say use Loctite rather than JB Weld but think Red or Green is better suited to the loads. Green is actually labeled as "Sleeve Retainer".
