All else being equal, I'd look a little longer and pay a little more for a tornado red tintop. It's my favorite factory paint scheme, too. The smoked turn signals and other cosmetic ad ons shown above are perfect!

Here's a "Titian Red Metallic"

I wonder if that's what color mine is. Mine seems a bit more maroon but it's hard to tell on a computer monitor. Can the paint name/code be found in the VIN or somewhere else on the van? |
If you're referring to the van in your signature, that would be Bordeaux Red Metallic. The Titian Red color wasn't used after 1989. |

I've been wanting one of these for years. A '91 Auto, to be exact. With Ronal R9's.
Eventually I'll get aggressive about it. _________________ Joe T.

Funny you mention it, I know where a Tornado Red GL sits, languishing, an alleged future project. The dude isn't into Porsches (or cash for that matter.) _________________ Joe T.

Haha! The irony is that if I had the yard for it, I'd probably have four or five pending projects myself. _________________ Joe T.
