This is not a new topic, but because there's so many post about this subject, I decided to just post what I have experienced with these bushings.
To begin with the inner seat track is wider than the door side track.

The bushing kit 133898213 I bought from Jbugs comes with 4 rectangular bushings of which only 2 can be used in the L & R inside tracks.
For the outside tracks the original 371.881.213 bushings are needed, 2 required for each leg, these have a leaf spring inside the wide side of the triangle that force them against the U-rail.

I believe that the tracks are setup this way so that only one leg acts aa a control guide to reduce binding.

If I had not found used ones, I would've replace the outside tracks with inside tracks, so I can utilize all 4 rectangular bushings that came in the Jbugs kit.
