I believe there are Meyle (advertised as German, but boxed in Germany not necessarily manufactured there), and HEYD, and the Thing Shop has some manufactured for them (give them a call):

I did use Meyle, they were a bit tight for the first couple hundred miles, a quick blast down a fire break worked them in. They’ve been pounded for the last 50,000 miles & still holding up great.

I replaced mine with new Meyle ball joints. The steering was a bit stiff for a while but it went away after a few summers. They were manufactured in Turkey, not Germany.
