Guesses on how much this will sell for and what do you think it is worth?

Doubt it will sell, I bet the top bid will be in the $40-$50k range. For BAT people it’s a project bus and project cars are not getting much love these days.

That interior is horrible.

In 35 years, you’d think redoing that front seat would’ve taken precedence over expending energy to lower it and putting that aftermarket steering wheel on. Smile

No kidding. I see thousands spent on suspension in absolute turd sleds.

Do you mean the glass bottle with 'Ampco' on it? The text says 'vapour oiler' and it's connected to a fitting on the vertical part of the intake manifold. Maybe it's some equivalent of a Marvel Mystery Oil oiler?

Just for my education:

I have never seen a 62 deluxe with a vinyl headliner. Did I miss something? My parts book tells me installation of vinyl headliners startet in 8/63...

From the factory, all corner window buses had cloth headliners. This one is not original.

Lotus white 66 sold for $205k. So, well done restorations are still selling for big money, but mediocre buses and projects have dropped.

Yes.

It could even be old. I've seen a few Deluxes that should hve cloth where the dealer replaced the headliner a long time again and they used a vinyl one.

My old '63 15-Window was like that.
(Not my current Turquoise one, I had a SWR/BG one too)

Top oiler

I've seen that for a Judson or other marques' blower but not on a regular engine intake lube. Wouldn't it just smoke and during idle vacuum I'd think it would just guzzle the oil.

Man, I'll take a Matt was wrong on both the 23's. I would have never expected either of those busses to be that strong with the current economic environment. Inflation I guess
