The results are in - Voltage Cranking: 10.9 Volts (minimum 8.0V)
Ignition on / not cranking: 11.7 Volts (minimum 8.0V)
I'm going out on a limb, but I the think the Ignitor is shot.
I'll order up a Pertronix II.

You dont have a points and condenser distributor to try out?
Or, since you are going to remove the distributor anyways.....
Remove the distributor. Then ground the distributor body with a test wire. Then hook it all up and spin the distributor by hand and test for spark. If you got no spark, bad ignitor. If you have great spark, bad battery or cables. Might save you a second trip to the parts store! _________________ Jimbo

Order 2. For me it’s easier to swap out a module rather than wrestling around with a distributor and the o-ring. _________________ Volkswagen!
