Torque Specs? Input Shaft 02B Transmission

Anyone know the torque specs for the three M7 bolts holding the input shaft on the 02B Transmission.

I guess it would actually be the shaft guide it is the piece that hold the input shaft seal.

Isn't that a water cooled trans?(water cooled engine ie late model) You are probably not gonna get a quick answer here as this site is mainly early air cooled.
I actually had to google what a o2b is.
