quote: i should have pointed this out at the opening post, as they sent me the TUV certificate aswell, so i can show the Annual Inspector if he asks, also the TUV test is more rigourous than the UK MOT aswell, so gives me more confidence in the adapter aswell.
I should also add that they dont post to the USA or Canada not sure why as they post every where else.?[/quote]
Most likely the reason they will not ship to North America is insurance. Since they have had to have these approved by TUV, it's safe to assume they carry liability insurance, and I would bet that the insurance company will not let them sell to NA. I used to be involved with sales and service of a small Swiss made machine tool. At one point they said " no more USA business, insurance won't allow it". The only support they could give us was parts lists and drawing to either buy off the shelf parts from local suppliers, or have parts made that weren't OTS |

epytec are really good adapters, and TuV approved. That quality and roadworthy test is reallly rigorous in Germany so quality is top notch. Guaranteed.
Going to order them myself too.. (netherlands a bit easier to ship) |

Had its first Uk MOT since installing the rear disc brake conversion and tester was impressed with the setup, and said the brakes are very very good when he put them on the rolling road. So definetly a great mod to have done. _________________ 85 Autosleeper KY Engine, ALD Box |
