This reminds me of a chassis that my mentor built when i was 12yo.
He used it for a club offorad timing event. No roll bar. Just a hoop to support the steering column.
We called it the "Flintstone" mobile!
Oh, and it was an autostick to boot.
The OPs chassis looks like a go-kart. Go-kart=Fun! _________________ I have learned over the years.

Yeah, that's how ya do it! Sweet!
I did that back in '81, when I was 17...but I held the flopping steering shaft and wheel in my lap, so I just went straight down and then straight backwards, a couple times...with a sh*t-eatin' grin as wide as Tennessee
That was with my first, a '60. I plan on reliving it soon, with my '65.
