Engine ID number

Since I’m an idiot and can’t decipher engine numbers, could someone please help?? What size and possible year??

Technical
VIN/Chassis Numbers

Change the heading to Type 1 (on my computer it defaults to Type 2 -Kombis)
Go down to 1965.
October - last produced was F0288690
November last produces was F0362495.

So yours was produced sometime in probably 1st week of November 1965. Edit: So a 1966.

It was originally a 1300 but who knows what it has been modified to now.

1300 engine originally built in November of 1965, but most likely has been rebuilt into a 1600 by now.
