Long and short is that just bought a 73 squareback. I got it running, has new tires, brakes are bled and it technically runs and drives...

I am a VW diesel guy I could do the work but don't have time. I just want to drive it for the summer asap. I know some parts are hard to find or don't exist. I am looking for a D jet mechanic that knows their shit!! Have cash and a trailer ready to get it somewhere.

Time to change your expectations.
