I just wanted to post these notes I took, before I throw away the information. Hoping it may help someone else out in the future. I purchased all of the tubing through McMaster Carr.
https://www.mcmaster.com/metric-stainless-steel-tubing/

On my 54 Standard Bug the cable conduit tubing is as follows.

Clutch cable conduit.
- Outside diameter 12mm
- Inside diameter is 10mm
- 1mm thick wall
- 1696mm length

Accelerator cable conduit.
- Outside diameter 8mm
- Inside diameter is 6mm
- 1mm thick wall
- 1728mm length

Left side heater cable conduit.
- Outside diameter 8mm
- Inside diameter is 6mm
- 1mm thick wall
- 1320mm length

Right side heater cable conduit.
- Outside diameter 8mm
- Inside diameter is 6mm
- 1mm thick wall
- 1320mm length

Emergency cable conduit to the front. Both left and right same.
- Outside diameter 12mm
- Inside diameter is 10mm
- 1mm thick wall
- 2337mm length

Emergency cable conduit to the rear. Both left and right same.
- Outside diameter 12mm
- Inside diameter is 10mm
- 1mm thick wall
- 2345mm length

Choke cable conduit
- Outside diameter 10mm
- Inside diameter is 8mm
- 1mm thick wall
- 2029mm length

Let me know if you know something I measured wrong, but pretty certain I got it!

Hope it helps someone!
