Pulled off my alternator stand and there’s no gasket just wondering if there’s supposed to be one here or not it wasn’t leaking.Maybe I could put a slight smear of RTV on here or something.

That louvered aluminum tin sticking to the crankcase is the gasket.
It's a "squish gasket" and you need a new one whenever removing the generator/alternator stand.

And throw away the RTV, it doesn't belong anywhere on that engine! Laughing

You're welcome...
When installing the new gasket mind the correct orientation of the louvers.
Like in the pic you posted above.
IIRC original gaskets had "TOP" stamped on them.

Noteworthy is that item #45 is the paper gasket for the generator support. However- the application lists the engines prior to the US 1600 cc dual-port which was rated at 50 PS (DIN spec equiv. for 60 hp SAE). And- for those engines, only a single gasket is needed. So- for the OP's DP engine- the parts list implies (and Maddel states) that the gasket #45 is not needed, only the #46 deflector plate.
