Which repair shops in the Portland, Oregon area have you trusted to service your Eurovan in the past? Also, are there any places over on the Vancouver, WA side that have a competent Eurovan mechanic? Thanks.

Try Slavic. He's East Vancouver.

Does mostly TDI conversions but might be able to help you.

Precision Motor Car comes highly recommended. I have had them do routine maintenance work, but would trust them with larger projects.

+1 for Precision. They used to work on my mk2 GTI back in the day; I've had them do a few things on my Eurovan (transmission cooler, alternator) and been happy.
