i have recently purchased a 62 11 window, i'm swapping the early small nut rgb for a late 67 big nut rgb, its not my first bus and I have removed gearboxes before, but my question is this, will everything swap over, or do i need to change anything specific , handbrake cables for example, thanks,

Handbrake cables are different, big nut are longer. The cables need to be shortened at the front end, I use generic dune buggy cable clamps. Works fine.

Everything else should be straightforward.

put a big nut tranny in my 61 back in the day.
bolts right in.
uses 64-67 brake cables.

(if you have early shifter bus, you need to make custom cables)

Exactly. Same thing on my ‘62. No mods, just the later cables.
