Vw Kombi Safari rear rim and tire modification

Hi Guys,


To improve rear stability in my Kombi Camper safari I want to widen the rear rim a few inches (stock 5 1/2" x 14"rim - 185R14C tire), maybe increased to 7 to 8" is fine.....what tire width and size will be the show in the photo number 2?

Wheels/tires/stance is an individual Engineering Project, that only you can measure/research.
My sister's similar RV had dual rear wheels.

the Wheel in the second picture is not too negative camber??...drum or rotor and bearings Damage??
