Welcome area: After registering at the office stop by the white van with daisies and other colorful things on it (look for signs) and pick up your welcome packet. We have put together a nice welcome bag and also look forward to meeting you, and sharing any event updates.

Breaking news! The Kona shaved ice and ice cream truck is coming to West River Saturday evening before and during the raffle. So, come enjoy some nice summer treats.
They have a crazy number of flavors so there will be something to please everyone.

Some examples: Watermelon Wave, Pina colada, pink lemonade, cotton candy, Strawberry daiquiri etc etc Sugar free and dye free flavors also available!

From Busware: the Buese shelf for Westfalias is here to win and it will be matched to your van and installed! This is one of the top 5 updates I ever made to my van.

From Uniworks: A large assortment of items that must be seen to be believed. Some are in the welcome bus and many more will be added in the future. My current favorites? Wing window stick set- holds window open, upper bunk power pod, and the cover for the passenger door pillar opening with speaker wire slot. Devices must be seen to appreciated.

Van Alert: The app is the best gift, download for free and have access to so many VW bus supports. But, for our raffle great items like a clever portable camp table, compact quality towels, camping lantern, and a very nice battery and trickle charger.

From you? The variety of gently used and new items brought by participants is the heart and fun of the raffle!

This is also where you can purchase West River Westies T-shirts, extra stickers and raffle tickets.

Thanks to all that asked about getting shirts early or reserving sizes but we will need to do this very simply and provide them to folks as they arrive and as long as supplies and sizes last.

A rainy start, but Elsa the dorm
Stopped about mid-day Friday. Saturday was text-book perfect, while Sunday was overcast throwing some rain late in the day.

A great event for sure.
