I've been searching high and low for the color ultra maroon and even paint guy that I go to says that the color is so old that the formula has been lost to time. Just by happenstance I saw a porsche on YouTube that goes by the color cassis red metallic and to me they looked pretty darn close.....would one of you guys with a more experienced eye let me know if I'm way off, or if the two are interchangeable....BTW my paint guy can do the porsche color

I think there's a mixup here...the thread linked above (and in this ^ quote) (756564) is this very thread we're reading right now, so clicking the link makes a loop.

| My bad, thanks for the clarification. Just remember the lady bug had an ultramaroon oval. Way too busy at work, but the formula exists and it is nice |

No worries guys, just trying to wrap my own head around it 
For some reason I just had a strong recollection that Charmaine steered away from UM and went a different route. After all, she does have quite the memorable build thread! |
