Vintage Formula Vee with balljoints?

I don’t know much about these cars, other than their cool. I saw this pic on tv and noticed all of the cars are BJ instead of LP. I know new Formula First can have BJ suspension. This pic is apparently old.

I'm guessing its late 60s early 70s ....

Must be european or maybe Brazilian. US spec vees never had ball joints.
