It was 20 years ago today - now I've forgot in which order these washers/shims go in. Are there supposed to be 2pcs of these? Or are these some sort of spacers for pulley alignment?

I've studied the Judson registry exploded view diagram but I'm still at a loss.

Thanks again John, message sent. I figured these would be around #25 area as I had packed them together with the pulley key.

I put the parts together and those shims seem to go between pulley and bearing. Everything on the rotor shaft rotates together as one - including the shims, when the pulley is torqued.

Rotor to cover clearance is set with the length of the #18 shaft spacer. With the bearing installed, just stick the spacer in and measure the protrusion. Chamfered end of the spacer goes through seals to inner race of the bearing.

Mine was 0.5mm, will consider cutting it down to 0.1mm. The non driven end will take the thermal expansion.
